Hippie Shit supplemental

I need to lose some weight. I can't do alot of the poses in yoga cause I'm too fat. It puts pressure on my lungs and I can't breathe in some of these poses. Plus being a bit lighter will help me with my rock climbing as well as being more flexible.

  2. Go without sugar. I'm currently on day 10 and not doing too bad. I'm allowing naturally occurring sugars except for white and wheat flour products, including pasta. Corn flour for tortillas is ok as is raw honey and maple syrup, since these have a wealth of health benefits. Wine is ok, beer is out. Basically any label that says anything about dextrose, fructose, sucralose, etc, cane sugar, etc, is out. Honestly, with me, I notice a drastic difference in the way I feel almost instantly. Good luck Rian! PS. I'm jealous of your yoga classes!! And, I heard you were coming out here maybe, that'd be AWESOME!!
